This isn't quite a standard brewery production job. ABV Technology builds and operates proprietary beverage technology, and with our brewery, Bauhaus Brew Labs, this role spans beverage processing, brewing and cellar work, process equipment, quality control, and some genuinely interesting technical problem-solving. Day to day, you'll be working primarily on the ABV production side. We're looking for someone who already knows their way around a production brewery and can step in quickly. The right person is comfortable following established processes, operating and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting when something isn't behaving the way it should, and keeping an organized, safe production floor. If you like making great beer but also enjoy figuring out how and why things work, you'll probably enjoy it here. What You'll Do Run day-to-day beverage production and cellar operations Operate processing and brewery equipment

no CDL required; able to safely operate our company van and box truck (under 26,000 lbs GVWR) Strong attention to detail and real commitment to quality, sanitation, and workplace safety Able to work independently and manage your own day while communicating clearly with the team

We're looking for a strong brewery production foundation, mechanical curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly. Why This Role Is Different Most brewery production jobs put you on the same equipment making the same product year after year. This one doesn't. ABV Technology develops and operates beverage technology used across the craft beverage industry, and with our brewery, Bauhaus Brew Labs, our production team works across traditional brewing, new beverage development, alcohol-adjustment technology, process improvement, and an expanding beverage portfolio. We're locally owned and operated, and small enough that the work you do is visible. Good ideas from the production floor actually get implemented here. There's plenty to build, plenty to learn, and plenty of room for someone who likes getting their hands dirty and making a production operation better. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Regularly lift and carry up to 55 lbs; handle heavier items with assistance or equipment Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb stairs and ladders throughout the shift Work in wet, humid, cold, and occasionally loud conditions Work around caustic and acid cleaning chemicals with appropriate PPE Occasional confined-space work (tank entry) with proper procedures and training Schedule, Pay & Benefits Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
a real weekday schedule, rare in this industry Occasional schedule adjustment for production demands, but no regular nights or weekends $50,000
$70,000 per year, depending on experience. Lab, maintenance, and equipment repair skills move you up the range. Health and dental insurance Two weeks of paid time off per year, with your first week available at 90 days Performance bonuses

decisions get made here, not at a corporate office in another state How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
We're especially interested in the equipment and processes you've worked with, your level of cellar and brewing experience, and any mechanical, maintenance, or laboratory experience you bring. ABV Technology is an equal opportunity employer. We value a workplace where people with different backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives can do great work together.
