Job Summary We are hiring mechanically inclined Technical Process Operators to support production operations across all shifts. What you'll do: Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and minor repairs Complete quality checks and document results Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area Support changeovers, cleanouts, and process improvements Communicate with maintenance, quality, and shift leadership to resolve issues

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools/equipment Manufacturing or machine‑operation experience preferred Ability to learn technical processes and follow standard operating procedures Reliable, safety‑focused, and detail‑oriented

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
