Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chemical Machine Operator for the 2nd shift to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial chemical processing equipment within a regulated manufacturing environment. Your expertise will ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant production of chemical agents such as Resin mixing: Maintain uninterrupted resin supply maintaining tank levels, preparing resin batches according to approved formulatins and accurately completing all production docuamentation in SAP. Supporting our commitment to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical skills, knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) including CNC programming. Maintain the highest standards of safety, quality and housekeeping Duties Prepare and mix resin batches according to production schedules and approved formulations to maintain adequate resin levels in storage tanks. Monitor storage tank inventory and ensure continuous resin availability to support uninterrupted production. Receive and unload bulk raw resin tank trucks as scheduled, typically twice per week, following all safety and quality procedures. Complete all required SAP transactions related to raw resin receipts, resin batch production, inventory movements, and production documentation. Prepare and maintain accurate batch records, labels, and sample documentation for each resin batch produced. Collect and prepare filler bag samples and other required material samples for submission to the Quality Department in accordance with quality control procedures.
Perform required testing and sampling of raw materials and resin batches to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with company housekeeping and 5S standards.
Perform resin pumping and pump-out operations for production machine tanks as required. Operate and monitor resin transfer systems, including pumps, valves, pipelines, sensors, and associated equipment. Adjust valves and operate pumping systems to ensure proper resin flow throughout the production process. Work closely with the Maintenance Department to troubleshoot and resolve issues involving pumps, valves, sensors, and resin transfer equipment. Requirement High school diploma or GED required.
Previous manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
Experience working with chemicals, resins, or industrial mixing equipment is preferred.
Basic computer skills required. Experience using SAP or other ERP systems is preferred. Must be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking). The ability to understand work instructions, complete documentation, communicate with cross-functional teams, and follow safety procedures in English is required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
