We are setting up our production line and looking for a versatile, adaptable Production & Assembly Technician to join our founding shop-floor team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are identical, this is a unique chance to get in on the ground floor of the clean energy transition. Role Overview You will assist with facility setup, mechanical assembly, and day-to-day operations. This role blends light mechanical work, machinery operation, inventory management, and general facility setup.
Key Responsibilities Facility & Line Setup:

Spot bottlenecks during setup and suggest practical tweaks to improve workflow, safety, and organization.

Comfortable working with basic hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and shop equipment (e.g., hydraulic presses).
Adaptability:
Willingness to wear multiple hats—shifting from cleaning and organizing to machine assembly as needed.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical hands-on tasks safely.
Safety Mindset:
Strict adherence to safety protocols, personal protective equipment (PPE), and chemical/battery handling procedures. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay with opportunities for overtime.
