As a Sanitation Chemical Operator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our production equipment and facility are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and ready for the next day's operations while maintaining the highest food safety standards. What You'll Do As a Sanitation Chemical Operator, you will: Clean and sanitize production equipment and processing areas. Disassemble and reassemble equipment for proper cleaning. Follow sanitation procedures and standard operating practices. Ensure compliance with USDA, HACCP, GMP, and company food safety standards. Safely handle sanitation chemicals and cleaning equipment. Wear and properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Identify and report equipment or maintenance concerns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Support food safety initiatives throughout the facility. Perform additional sanitation duties as assigned. What We're Looking For We're looking for candidates who: Have a strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Take pride in producing quality work. Work well independently and on a team. Have strong attention to detail. Can follow written and verbal instructions. Are committed to workplace safety and food safety. Possess basic computer skills. Can read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Have previous sanitation, manufacturing, janitorial, industrial cleaning, or food production experience (preferred but not required). Physical Requirements This position requires the ability to: Stand and walk for the duration of your shift. Frequently lift up to 60 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs. Push carts and lugs weighing up to 500 lbs. Work in wet, humid, hot, cold, and loud manufacturing environments. Wear all required PPE throughout the shift. Why Join Rosina?
