Job Description

Process Operator I, Capsules Lebanon, OH| $23hr to start| 5pm to 5:30am on a 2-2-3 Rotation We have immediate openings for Process Operators for our night shift, 2-2-3 rotation at our Lebanon, Ohio facility. The Process Operator operates Production equipment safely and effectively to create flavor batches that meet all health and safety standards. You will interact with Production, Quality, Planning and Purchasing, Sales, and other internal departments as needed.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required. Ability to work with PLC/distributive computer controls. Knowledge of basic mathematics, physics, and chemistry. Flavor industry desired. Computer literate.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Lift up to 50lbs frequently Push/pull mobile carts with a force of 50lbs Ascend and descend steps frequently Stand for 90% of a 12-hour shift Intermittently bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, crawl, and reach overhead Possess a high level of hand-eye coordination for assembling, handling small parts, or making precise machine adjustments We offer industry leading benefits including a generous PTO plan.
