Distillation Operator $17/18+/hour Painesville, OH Full-Time days: 6AM - 6:15PM 4 days on/4 days off Join Our Team as a Distillation Operator! We're seeking a safety-conscious, detail-oriented Distillation Operator to run and monitor distillation equipment, ensuring product quality and process efficiency. In this role, you'll play a key part in producing consistent, high-quality product while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and monitor distillation equipment and controls Adjust temperature, pressure, and flow rates to meet product specifications Collect and test samples to ensure product quality and consistency Monitor gauges and control systems to detect abnormalities or equipment issues Document production data, batch records, and quality results Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues Follow all safety, environmental, and regulatory procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate with supervisors and team members on production status and issues What You Bring High school diploma or GED required Prior experience in a manufacturing or processing environment preferred Understanding of distillation processes, a plus Ability to read gauges, control panels, and technical specifications Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to follow strict safety protocols Comfort working with chemicals/equipment under required safety precautions Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
