We offer more than a job, we offer a long-term career with Employer-paid medical, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Overtime opportunities Opportunities for advancement OTJ Training, Boot and Uniform allowance Responsibilities Blend chemicals according to written instructions Load and unload materials Operate equipment and forklifts; training provided Maintain clean, organized work areas Complete production, shipping, and inventory documents Follow all safety procedures all of the time Preferred Qualifications & Valuable Skills Water Treatment or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required Forklift Experience, OTJ training provided Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, Production, Chemical handling Dependable, Reliable, and Consistent with good verifiable references Reliable transportation, valid driver's license with clean MVR Ability to pass required pre-employment and periodic drug screening Essential Functions & Work Environment- Requirements This position requires the employee to: Independently and regularly lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds Prioritize attendance, communication, and teamwork Stand and/or walk on hard concrete surfaces for extended periods throughout the workday Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, climb, and work from various physical positions Safely handle and work around industrial water-treatment chemicals Wear all required personal protective equipment Work safely in a warehouse and production environment that may be hot, cold, humid, dusty, wet, or noisy Read chemical labels, safety instructions, work orders, and inventory documents. Safely operate production equipment and forklifts after training Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the facility Communicate and respond to safety instructions, alarms, and workplace hazards OMNI supports safe drinking water and public health for rural water districts throughout Oklahoma.
