Gas Operations Production Technician I Summary As an Irritant Smoke Technician, you'll play a vital role in our production team within the Irritant Smoke Production facility. Day Weekends:

Work 10-hour shifts, Monday - Thursday. Fridays are for optional overtime.

Granulating these mixes for pressing into various products

Adding starter compounds and preparing materials for further production Strict Employment Requirements Because we manufacture high-quality defense and law enforcement security products, all hires must meet these federal and safety standards: Pass a pre-employment drug screening & continuous random drug testing.

Pass a federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms (ATF) criminal background check. Key Responsibilities Follow detailed work instructions and collaborate closely with supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Ensure all products meet quality standards with precision and care

Maintain an energetic work pace in a team-focused environment

Work comfortably while wearing protective clothing and headgear Qualifications Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Physical capability to stand for 8-10 hours and lift 50 lbs. (and move up to 100 lbs.)

Skilled hand-eye coordination for various tasks

Flexibility to adapt to different duties and protective gear requirements

Be able to work in varying temperatures Required PPE all provided by CSI 3m 6000 Series Respirator
