Job Title:

Associate of Manufacturing Location:

West Greenwich, Rhode Island (100% Onsite) Multiple shift openings

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED with 1 year work or military experience, or an Associate degree
Bachelor's degree or 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Perform hands-on operations: equipment setup, cleaning, sanitization, and material weighing
Follow GMP documents (SOPs, MPs) and safety protocols
Troubleshoot and monitor critical processes; conduct in-process sampling and operate analytical equipment
Draft and revise SOPs and MPs
Participate in quality deviation reports and continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all safety guidelines
Work in a clean room environment with proper PPE (steel-toe shoes, gowning, gloves)
Lift up to 35 lbs, move objects up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, standing for long periods)
