Full-Time About the Position Chenault Consulting, Inc. is seeking dependable and safety-minded Well Monitoring Technicians to support our client, in the Barstow, Texas area. This position is responsible for monitoring newly completed oil and gas wells during the early production phase. Technicians will perform routine wellsite inspections, monitor production data, identify potential issues, and accurately document daily activities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with oilfield experience who enjoy working independently in the field. Essential Responsibilities Monitor newly completed oil and gas wells. Record tubing, casing, and production pressures at scheduled intervals. Perform routine leak inspections on wellheads and production equipment. Inspect, monitor, and clean out sand cans at scheduled intervals Measure and document sand production. Complete daily field reports and submit documentation to the appropriate company personnel. Monitor wells for abnormal operating conditions and report issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of inspections and readings. Follow all company safety policies and environmental regulations. Maintain regular communication with supervisors and client representatives. Qualifications Previous oil and gas field experience preferred. Flowback, lease operator, production, roustabout, or similar experience is a plus. Ability to recognize unsafe conditions and report operational issues. Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties. Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
