As part of SeAH Groups $150M U.S. greenfield investment,wereshaping the future of advanced manufacturing andestablishingstrong partnerships with industry leaders, suppliers, and communities. About the role The Production Technicianoperatesand monitorshighly automatedequipmentranging from Vacuum Induction Melt (VIM) furnacestoautomated finishingcells to manufacture highquality metal powders andingots. This role follows standard operating procedures (SOPs),safetyand quality systems, and works crossfunctionally to meet daily production targets, yields, and ontime deliverycommitmentstoour customers. What you'll do Follow all safety rules, wear required PPE,maintaina clean work area, andidentifysafety improvement opportunities.

Operateequipment following written procedures and supervisoryinstructionsper aerospace quality standards.

Work as part of a team, communicate during shift handoffs, andparticipatein training and continuous improvement efforts.

Monitor process indicators andescalateidentifiedabnormalitiestoorganizationalleadership.

Collect samples, perform housekeeping, andcompleteequipment cleaning and setup.

Support melting operations by preparingrawmaterials, staging tools, andassistingduring setup and shutdown.

Help with mold preparation, postrun cleanup, and basic inspections under supervision.

Operate finishing equipment such as sieves, blenders,abrasive saws, andgrinders.

Handle, label, and package materials according to work instructions and quality requirements.

Perform basic visual inspections andassistwith quality sampling.

Accurately complete production records, checklists, and electronic entries. Qualifications Required A safety focusedmindsetand the ability to work in PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, safety shoes, gloves, respirators, andheat-resistantgear asrequired)

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to read/interpret SOPs,product recipes, andproductionreports.

Basic computer skills for MES/ERP entries; comfortable with barcode scanners and electronic logs.

Strong attention todetail,and ability to work in PPE (respirators, heatresistant gear).

Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and occasional overtime. Preferred 2+ years' experience in metal manufacturing or related industrial environment.

Experience withinduction meltingand post processingequipment.

Familiarity with particle size analysis, sieving/classification, and powder handling best practices.
