• Job Summary

PAY RATE IS DEPENDENT ON WORK EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator / Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating computer numerical control machines to fabricate parts according to precise specifications. Mazak Mazatrol and Fanuc controls. Machinist to set-up, program and operate CNC and manual metal working machinery primarily 2 and 4 axis Lathes, CNC Swiss and Multi-Spindle Automatics. CNC Mill also.

• Duties
• but not limited to:
• Set up and operate CNC machines such as Lathes and Mills
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
• Program machines using CAM programming software
• Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards
• Use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers for quality checks
• Assemble components using various techniques.
• Perform basic maintenance on machines as needed
• Requirements

PREVIOUS CNC LATHE AND MILL EXPERIENCE OF THREE YEARS MINIMUM

• Proficiency in operating and programming CNC machines.
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments and basic math skills
• Experience with

CAD / CAM

programming is a plus

• Ability to work with tight tolerances and high precision
• Availability for work and punctuality is mandatory.
