This full-time, day-shift position (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM) is responsible for operating CNC machinery, producing precision components, maintaining quality standards, and supporting an efficient production workflow. Key Responsibilities Operate CNC machinery to produce precision components for custom cabinetry and storage solutions Operate and assist with Edgebander equipment as needed Prepare, load, unload, and move production materials using a forklift Inspect finished and in-process components to ensure accuracy and quality standards Review CNC programs and production specifications to ensure components are produced correctly Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area Work closely with the production team to meet daily production schedules and deadlines Follow established production procedures and quality-control standards Required Skills & Qualifications Authorized to work in the United States Minimum 2 years of CNC machine operation experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to read and understand measurements, drawings, and production specifications Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Reliable, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team Preferred Skills 2+ years of experience in cabinet, closet, woodworking, or millwork production Experience operating CNC routers or similar CNC equipment Experience with edgebanding equipment Experience with CNC machine setup and basic troubleshooting Carpentry or woodworking background Forklift experience Spanish language skills Compensation & Benefits Full-time position Day shift: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Paid time off Opportunity to work with an established company with more than 35 years of industry experience Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity for professional growth About JL Closets Since 1991, JL Closets has been crafting high-quality custom closets and storage solutions for clients throughout South Florida.
