Job Description
CNC Machine Operator This job description outlines the objective, primary responsibilities and/or requirements and qualifications of the CNC Machine Operator at Levil Technology.
Objective:
The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for the general operation and maintenance of both Mills and Lathes Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):Quality Control:
measuring parts, using calipers, dials, micrometers, etc.- Operation and maintenance of Mills, Lathes, Band Saw and Tumbler
- Testing
- Reading and understanding blueprints
- Making parts according to blueprint specification
- Ability to learn on the job and be open to feedback
- Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills and follow- up skills
- Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution leadership ability
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Heavy lifting up to 50lbs regularly
