Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and components. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely, adhering to strict quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative manufacturing processes while working with advanced machinery and technical drawings. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for precision machining, we want to hear from you! Duties Set up, program, and operate CNC machining equipment such as cnc router machines, and other industrial CNC machinery using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to accurately produce parts according to specifications. Perform precise measurements using tools like micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and other precision measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy and adherence to GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing). Conduct routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform minor repairs to minimize downtime. Follow safety standards in production environments by wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining a clean workspace. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts when necessary for loading raw materials or moving finished products within the facility. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, tooling setups, and quality control inspections to meet production goals. Qualifications Proven experience operating CNC machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, or similar equipment in a manufacturing setting. Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages such as Fanuc or other controller systems. Ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Familiarity with CAD software like SolidWorks for part design and modification. Mechanical aptitude with understanding of shop math, fabrication techniques, tooling setups, and industrial equipment troubleshooting. Experience with safety standards in manufacturing environments and the use of precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers. Basic math skills including measurements conversions and calculations related to machining tolerances. Warehouse or factory experience with materials handling, packaging, assembly line operations, or shop floor procedures is preferred. Join us in delivering high-quality manufactured products through precision machining excellence! We value safety-minded professionals who are eager to grow their skills in a collaborative environment dedicated to innovation and quality.
