$20-$26.40 (this includes the 10% shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shift)

What you will bring to this role: Proven experience in operating CNC Machinery Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and specifications Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations for operating different machines Skills in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and quality control

Duties and Responsibilities:

Perform machine set-up, operation, and maintenance according to standard operating procedures Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure specifications are met Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems that arise during production Assist other operators and team members as required Follow safety rules and regulations at all times Report any incidents, accidents, or malfunctions to the supervisor Maintain a clean and organized work area Coordinating with other operators, technicians, engineers, and managers to ensure smooth operation of the facility or plant About the
