Position Summary We are looking for a motivated individual to operate our 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machinery. Previous CNC experience is preferred but not required . We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to learn. • Operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC woodworking equipment
• Load materials and monitor machining operations
• Read and interpret shop drawings and work orders
• Verify parts meet quality standards and dimensional specifications
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean
• Maintain a safe, organized work area
• Work closely with team members to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
• Additional duties will include rough milling materials and final sanding parts

Qualifications Preferred:

• CNC machining or woodworking experience
• Manufacturing or millwork experience

• Strong math skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and accept training
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Dependable with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
