Set up, program, operate, and troubleshoot advanced CNC machining equipment, including Citizen and Swiss-style lathes. Job Requirements High school diploma or GED. Advanced knowledge of CNC programming language. Experience with Citizen CNC lathes and/or CNC Swiss machines. Knowledge of machining practices and manufacturing processes. Experience performing CNC machine setup and programming. Experience selecting tooling and fixtures. Experience adjusting tooling and work offsets. Experience troubleshooting and editing CNC programs. Preferred Skills Advanced manufacturing or machining training. Machining or CNC certification. 3+ years of manufacturing and machining experience. Experience with QMS databases. Experience with MAX systems. Experience with SPC databases and statistical process control. Experience developing basic CNC programs. Job Responsibilities Set up and operate advanced CNC machining equipment. Program CNC machines for production operations. Select and install appropriate tooling and fixtures. Adjust tooling and work offsets. Troubleshoot existing CNC programs. Perform significant edits to existing CNC programs. Develop basic CNC programs. Operate Citizen and Swiss-style CNC lathes. Use QMS, MAX, and SPC systems as required for manufacturing and quality processes. Support machining operations in accordance with production and quality requirements.
