We are a well-established precision manufacturing company in Elmwood Park, NJ looking to add talented and dependable machinists to our growing team. We are currently hiring experienced Setup Machinists and Machine Operators for: EDM Swiss CNC CNC Lathe CNC Milling Positions Available 1st Shift & 2nd Shift We are interested in candidates at different skill levels — from strong machine operators looking to advance their careers to experienced setup machinists who can work independently. What We're Looking For Depending on the position and experience level, responsibilities may include: Setting up and operating CNC/EDM equipment Reading and interpreting blueprints and job specifications Performing machine setups and changeovers Selecting and changing tooling Making offsets and adjustments as needed Inspecting parts using standard measuring equipment Maintaining tight tolerances Monitoring production and part quality Following established quality and manufacturing procedures Working independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards Experience with EDM, Swiss, CNC Lathe, or CNC Milling is highly desirable. Compensation Competitive Pay - Based on Experience & Skill Level We understand that not all machinists have the same level of experience. Compensation will be based on your machining knowledge, setup ability, equipment experience, and overall skill level.
