Duties:
```
  • Set up and operate 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications Program in Esprit Edge
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders to determine dimensions and tolerances
  • Select the appropriate tools, fixtures, and materials for each job
  • Load and unload raw materials and finished parts onto the machine
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain proper dimensions and tolerances
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area follwing 5S principles
  • Have an understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
  • Performs preventive maintenance by maintaining machine lubricant levels, etc. as directed.
  • May train coworkers to setup, inspect, and adhere to various operations procedures, etc.
  • Completes inspection sheets and Job Traveler paperwork as directed.
  • Notifies Lead of unplanned issues.
  • Seek additional work when available and assist coworkers.
  • Contribute to ISO Quality Management System and help improve processes.

Qualifications:
```
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 10+ years previous experience operating CNC milling machines preferred
DMG/MORI SEIKI
  • Knowledge of machining principles, tooling, and materials handling
  • Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
  • Familiarity with Fanuc and Celos controls is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
  • Attention to detail is a must
