Read and interpret basic blueprints and work instructions. Load raw materials and unload finished parts from CNC equipment. Monitor machine operation to identify defects or equipment issues. Perform basic quality checks using measuring tools and visual inspections. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Previous CNC machining experience preferred. Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience required. Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to read and write in English.
