Monster Clutch Company About Us:
Monster Clutch Company manufactures high-performance clutch systems for serious automotive applications. Our parts are precision-critical and every component we produce has to be right. We're a small shop where quality and accountability matter on every single part.
What We're Looking For:
We need someone who has actually run Haas CNC mills and lathes, not automated production machines where the job is loading parts and pressing a button. You should be comfortable setting up jobs, making offsets, reading blueprints, and catching your own mistakes with precision measuring tools. If your experience is primarily on high-volume automated lines this is probably not the right fit.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Haas CNC mills and lathes to produce precision clutch components. Make tooling and offset adjustments as needed. Inspect finished parts using calipers and micrometers. Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Hands-on experience running Haas CNC mills and/or lathes is required. Ability to select programs, change offsets and use precision measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
What We Offer:
Health insurance, dental, and vision coverage. Full-time Monday through Friday. Weekends off. Competitive pay based on experience.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Benefits:
Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Which type of CNC machine have you run the most, mill or lathe? What were your day-to-day responsibilities on that machine? What measuring tools have you used to check your parts? Please be specific. If a part is out of spec, what steps do you take to correct it?
