Full-Time Tier One Personnel is hiring experienced CNC Mill Operators and CNC Lathe Operators for a busy manufacturing facility in North Houston near IAH. We are seeking skilled machinists who can perform setups, edit programs, and run parts independently. This is a long-term opportunity with steady hours and significant overtime, including weekends. CNC Mill Operator (HAAS XP)

Required Experience:

HAAS Mills (HAAS XP preferred) Setup and program editing Strong G-Code & M-Code knowledge Machining API Threads ACME & Buttress Threads Machining 8" and 10" round materials Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances CNC Lathe Operator (Mazak / Fanuc)

Required Experience:

Mazak Lathes with Mazatrol Controls Fanuc Controls Strong G-Code & M-Code programming knowledge Ability to set up and edit programs independently Machining API Threads Cutting ACME and Buttress Threads Experience working with large-diameter materials (8" and 10" rounds) Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills or lathes Edit and adjust programs as needed Inspect parts to ensure quality standards Maintain safe and productive work environment Work extended hours and weekends as required Qualifications 3+ years CNC machining experience preferred Strong CNC setup and troubleshooting skills Experience with HAAS, Mazak, Mazatrol, and/or Fanuc controls Ability to work 1st shift (5:00 AM until finish) Must have weekend availability Willingness to work significant overtime Why Apply?
