Job Description

About the Role As a CNC Machining Specialist, you will play a vital role in our production facility by operating advanced equipment to manufacture high-precision components. You will leverage your technical expertise in CNC controls and machining processes to drive efficiency, ensure product excellence, and contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities Manage the operation of CNC and conventional production machinery, including lathes, mills, grinders, and drill presses. Execute machine setups and make real-time adjustments to optimize production flow and maintain high throughput. Perform critical finishing tasks such as deburring, sanding, and polishing to meet final product specifications. Conduct rigorous quality inspections to verify that all parts align with engineering standards. Proactively troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime and support operational reliability. Uphold a safe and organized workspace by strictly adhering to industrial safety protocols. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated experience in CNC machining or a related industrial manufacturing role. Solid understanding of CNC controls and fundamental machining methodologies. Strong commitment to quality control and meticulous attention to detail. Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team environment. Preferred Skills Two to four years of hands-on experience in a professional machining environment. Practical knowledge or experience with welding techniques. Background working within high-volume production or manufacturing settings.
