Prove out your own programs at the machine, dialing in setups, tooling, and offsets before release. Hand off documented, repeatable programs and setup sheets to leads and operators. Select tooling and workholding strategies that balance cycle time, finish, and tool life. Troubleshoot and continuously improve existing programs on the floor. Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production to get parts right the first time. What we're looking for Experience programming multi-axis CNC

Self-directed problem solver who takes ownership and figures things out without hand-holding. Solid understanding of GD&T, machining fundamentals, tooling, and fixturing. Ability to read and interpret complex prints and models. Drive to make the process better, not just run it as-is. Compensation & benefits Highly competitive hourly wage, depending on experience.
