(Aerospace Precision Machining & Fabrication) — AS9100‑certified and NADCAP‑accredited Your day, engineered for precision Begin your shift by reviewing complex blueprints and GD&T, planning the best approach for each aerospace component. You'll set up CNC Horizontal Lathes, Vertical Turning Lathes (VTL), vertical machining centers, and 5‑axis machining centers; load material; select tooling; and dial in machine parameters. You'll program and edit with Mastercam, run first‑article parts, and verify results against exacting tolerances, analyzing CMM reports and applying precise tool wear offsets at the controller. Through the day, you'll fabricate custom fixtures, jaws, or tooling when the job demands it, tackle troubleshooting on the fly—from tool wear to program logic—and keep your work area inspection‑ready. Collaboration is part of the rhythm: coordinate with supervisors, support fellow operators, share tips, and help mentor junior teammates. Pay:

$18.25-$22.25+ per hour (based on experience)

Shifts:
