  • 110,000 | Full-Time | On-Site Only A leading aerospace manufacturing company in Hauppauge, NY is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to support complex machining operations across 3
  • 4• and 5?
axis milling equipment. This role is ideal for a highly skilled programmer with deep knowledge of tooling, fixtures, and advanced machining strategies. Key Responsibilities Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for multi?axis milling machines Use Mastercam to convert engineering drawings and 3D models into accurate G?code Determine machining strategies, tooling, feeds, speeds, and part?holding methods Design and implement fixtures and advanced part?holding solutions Work with aluminum, titanium, steel, Inconel, composites, and specialty alloys Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs for precision and compliance Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to meet
AS9100/ISO
standards Maintain documentation for programs, setups, and revisions Assist CNC operators with setups and machine operation Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify tolerances to .001 Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures Required Qualifications 5+ years CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with Mastercam Strong experience with 3

code and M?code Ability to read blueprints with GD&T Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and support hands?on machining when needed U.S. Citizenship required Compensation & Benefits $80,000
