Key Responsibilities Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs for multi?axis milling machines Use Mastercam to convert engineering drawings and 3D models into accurate G?code Determine machining strategies, tooling, feeds, speeds, and part?holding methods Design and implement fixtures and advanced part?holding solutions Work with aluminum, titanium, steel, Inconel, composites, and specialty alloys Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust programs for precision and compliance Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality teams to meet

standards Maintain documentation for programs, setups, and revisions Assist CNC operators with setups and machine operation Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges) to verify tolerances to .001 Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures Required Qualifications 5+ years CNC programming experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency with Mastercam Strong experience with 3
