We are looking for an experienced Manual / CNC Machinist who can work alongside our current team of machinists and support both traditional manual machining & CNC machining/programming in a custom manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities • Set up and operate manual machining equipment, including Manual engine lathes, Bridgeport/manual milling machines, Drill presses and other related shop equipment Set up, operate, and support CNC machining on an

machine Use Mastercam to create and modify CNC programs Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, sketches, and work instructions Machine parts to required tolerances and specifications Select appropriate tools, speeds, feeds, fixtures, and machining methods Perform basic inspection of machined parts using calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other measuring tools Make adjustments as needed to ensure quality and accuracy Work with engineering, fabrication, and assembly teams to support production needs Help troubleshoot machining issues and recommend practical improvements when needed Required Qualifications Experience operating manual lathes Experience operating Bridgeport/manual milling machines Experience operating CNC machining equipment Experience with

We need a machinist who understands the full machining process — from reading a drawing, planning the setup, selecting tooling, programming when needed, machining the part, and checking the finished work. A strong candidate will be comfortable with both old-school manual machining and modern CNC programming/operation . Work Environment This position is based at our manufacturing facility in Berlin Heights, Ohio. The role is hands-on and shop-floor based. The machinist will work around industrial equipment, fabricated components, and custom manufacturing projects. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work around machinery during the shift Ability to lift and move materials as required for machining work Ability to safely handle tooling, fixtures, parts, and measuring equipment Ability to follow all safety procedures in a manufacturing environment Compensation Compensation will be based on experience and skill level.
