Nissin Precision North America is a metal stamping and welded assembly facility located in Englewood, Ohio. The CNC Programmer/Operator has experience of programming, running and controlling the CNC.

Responsibilities:

Setup, program and operate the CNC properly. Fabricate machinery parts and fixtures per given specifications. Produce and deliver high quality punches, dies and tools as requested. Inspect all machined parts and conduct QA activities. Select and utilize a variety of inspection and measurement tools like gauges and micrometers. Clean the CNC and perform preventive maintenance on a regular basis. Maintain a clean work area to assure a safe working environment. Monitor and maintain inventory stock of tools and supplies as needed.

Experience:

High school or technical school diploma, milling experience is a plus, Basic wire and Basic g code. (G54 G00 X0,y,0) an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have all personal tools required to perform routine machining tasks and inspections (calipers, set up blks, wrenches)
