CNC Multicam Router Programmer/Operator Howard Industries Fairview, PA Job Details Full-time $24 - $26 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Qualifications CNC programming High school diploma or GED CNC router Quality control CNC machining CNC machine operator experience Full Job Description Job Summary Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable CNC Multicam Router Operator to program, operate, and maintain CNC routing equipment used to cut, shape, drill, and machine a variety of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, CNC programming, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to read production drawings accurately. Education/Experience
    Minimum:
    A high school degree or GED equivalent and formal CNC machine operating & programming training.
      Preferred:
      Five years of machine experience, specifically router, CNC's, or other metal fabrication equipment. Extensive experience in manufacturing environments. Major Responsibilities Program & Operate CNC Multicam router equipment safely and efficiently with the software EnRoute CAD/CAM & CorelDraw. Set up machines, including loading materials, installing tooling, and verifying machine settings. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and CNC programs. Load and run CNC programs and make appropriate adjustments as needed. Verify dimensions and finished parts using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges. Perform quality checks throughout the production process to ensure parts meet specifications. Change router bits, tooling, and other machine components as required. Troubleshoot basic machines, tooling, and production issues. Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and lubrication. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards. Follow all OSHA, company, and equipment safety procedures. Communicate production issues, material shortages, and equipment problems to supervisors. Assist with material handling, packaging, and other shop duties as needed.       Pay:
      $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
