You will play a critical role in producing high-quality precision metal components. In this role, you will be responsible for programming CNC Horizontal, Vertical, Lathe, and 5-Axis machines using Mastercam to meet exact drawing specifications. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who can proactively identify machining issues, make precise adjustments, and uphold our high standards for safety and quality. What You'll Do:

Program CNC Horizontal, Vertical, Lathe, and 5-Axis machines using Mastercam.\nTroubleshoot programming and machining issues during the manufacturing process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.\nPerform rigorous quality control checks and inspect products to ensure strict adherence to technical blueprints and ISO Standards.\nMonitor equipment operations, recognize machining abnormalities, and make necessary adjustments.\nCollaborate effectively as part of a dynamic team, maintaining flexibility with rotating assignments.\nActively participate in required training, demonstrate a continuous willingness to learn, and assist in training team members as appropriate.\nAdhere strictly to all company safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your co-workers.

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of hands-on experience in a machine shop environment, with a minimum of 2-3 years specifically dedicated to CNC programming and setup. (Previous experience as a CNC Operator, Programmer/Operator, or Set-up Operator is highly preferred).\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required; completion of a relevant trade or technical school program is a strong plus.\nProven background in CAM programming and Mastercam (experience in 3D milling is a significant advantage).\nStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret complex technical blueprints.\nProficiency in applying shop mathematics and utilizing standard measuring and hand tools.\nDetail-oriented, strong communication skills, a team-player mindset, and the ability to work independently as a self-starter.\nAbility to remain in a stationary standing position for the duration of an 8-hour shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.\nAbility to safely lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move materials weighing up to 70 pounds throughout the course of a shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Note:

Steel-toe shoes are required for this position.
