Must be willing to relocate to Theodore, Alabama Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior CNC Machinist to join an industrial manufacturing and refurbishment operation in Theodore, Alabama. The company specializes in refurbishing and rebuilding components used in wind turbine engines and related industrial equipment. The Senior CNC Machinist will be responsible for operating, setting up, and programming CNC machinery to manufacture, repair, and refurbish precision components. This is a hands-on position requiring strong machining knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work with complex industrial components. Key Responsibilities Set up, operate, and program CNC machines to manufacture and refurbish precision components. Develop, modify, and troubleshoot CNC programs as needed. Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, GD&T, and technical specifications. Select appropriate tooling, cutting speeds, feeds, and machining processes. Perform machine setups, tool changes, offsets, and adjustments. Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments. Machine and refurbish large and complex industrial components. Identify machining issues and make necessary program or process adjustments. Work with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes. Maintain accurate production and quality records. Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized. Follow all safety procedures and quality standards. Qualifications 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred. Strong experience setting up and operating CNC machinery. CNC programming experience required. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints. Knowledge of GD&T and precision machining practices. Experience with CNC controls and programming software. Strong knowledge of cutting tools, tooling, speeds, feeds, and machining techniques. Experience using precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Ability to troubleshoot machining and programming issues. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience with large industrial components or heavy manufacturing is a plus. Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following environments is a plus: Wind turbine or wind energy equipment Heavy industrial manufacturing Engine or turbine refurbishment Large-scale CNC machining Industrial repair and rebuilding Aerospace, automotive, or heavy equipment manufacturing Relocation This position is located in Theodore, Alabama. Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour
