This role is hands-on, requiring someone who can take a blueprint and turn it into a high-quality, precise finished part. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for writing and optimizing CNC programs, setting up jobs, and supporting production to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality. Key Responsibilities Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code and Mastercam software.\nRead and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T to translate designs into machining instructions.\nSelect tooling, cutting speeds, and feeds to ensure efficient machining and high-quality output.\nPerform test runs, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot programs or machining issues as needed.\nCollaborate with machinists, engineers, and production staff to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.\nMaintain accurate documentation of programs, revisions, and setups.\nUphold safety practices and contribute to a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
