Onsite- Shift:

5 days a week, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm. We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our client's manufacturing team in Rosharon, TX . This position is ideal for a hands-on CNC professional with experience in machining, CNC programming, machine setup, troubleshooting, and process optimization. The successful candidate will work with CNC equipment while ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with established manufacturing and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities Support daily CNC machining and programming operations. Set up CNC machines and prepare equipment for production. Read and interpret measurement data using precision metrology equipment . Troubleshoot machining and programming issues. Optimize machining processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. Follow established manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and safety requirements. Maintain quality standards throughout the machining process. Perform other related manufacturing duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in CNC programming, CNC machining, or a closely related field. Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of machining processes. Ability to follow technical instructions and established manufacturing procedures. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to existing processes. Basic computer skills. Preferred Qualifications Associate's Degree in Machine Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Machining , or a related field. Experience with FANUC controls . Experience with Mazatrol / Mazak programming or software . Knowledge of G-Code programming . Forklift experience is a plus.

Pay:
