Job Overview CNC Laser & Press Programmer Experienced CNC Laser & Punch Press Programmer with 3+ years of sheet metal programming experience. Strong background in CNC punch press and laser programming, CAD/CAM, nesting, G-code, flat pattern development, tooling selection, and production optimization. Core Expertise CNC Punch Press Programming CNC Laser Programming Sheet Metal Fabrication SolidWorks CAMWorks SigmaNEST G-Code Flat Patterns Nesting Blueprint Interpretation Reverse Engineering Tooling Selection Equipment & Software Amada Turret Punch Presses Amada Fiber Lasers Amada Punch/Laser Combination Equipment Mazak Laser Systems SolidWorks CAMWorks SigmaNEST SheetWorks Dr. ABE TekSoft Relevant Experience Program CNC punch press and laser equipment for sheet metal production Develop and modify programs, flat patterns, and CNC nests Write, edit, and troubleshoot G-code Interpret engineering drawings and CAD models Select appropriate machines, materials, and tooling Optimize nesting, material utilization, run times, and scrap Reverse engineer components and resolve production issues Create setup sheets and standardized programming documentation CIV123

Pay:

$30.50 - $42.00 per hour
