Lone Peak Overland is a rapidly growing outdoor company based in the Wenatchee Valley, building premium, made-to-order truck campers that help people spend more time exploring the outdoors and enjoying creation. We're looking for an experienced CNC Technician to join our Cut Shop team. This role is responsible for preparing CNC files and producing accurate, high-quality parts that keep our production team moving. We're looking for someone who is mechanically minded, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work. Responsibilities Prepare CAD files for CNC production, including creating toolpaths and machine-ready files Set up and operate CNC equipment Load materials and run production jobs efficiently Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality Troubleshoot equipment, file, and production issues Communicate problems early and work with the team to find solutions Maintain a clean and organized CNC work area Support the Cut Shop team wherever needed to keep production moving Qualifications Applicable CNC experience in a manufacturing setting is required Experience with CNC programming and file preparation Experience with SolidWorks and EnRoute is a plus Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ridiculous attention to detail Ability to take initiative and troubleshoot issues Dependable and team-oriented Pride in maintaining an organized and professional work environment What Success Looks Like You take ownership of the CNC process from file preparation through finished parts, consistently producing accurate, high-quality work that keeps production moving. Kyle & Lone Peak Team Pay:

$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
