Requirements High school diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Experience with spray painting, industrial coatings, automotive painting, or aircraft painting preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing or maintenance environments Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production setting Job Duties Prepare surfaces and apply paint, varnish, enamel, lacquer, sealants, and protective coatings using spray guns, brushes, and rollers Mix and select coating materials according to specifications and production requirements Clean, disassemble, inspect, and identify aircraft components prior to painting or coating Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, work instructions, and planning documents Perform basic repairs and apply conversion coatings and sealants using approved methods and tools Complete production documentation and process forms in compliance with the Quality Management System Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment Report any suspected unairworthy conditions to supervisors immediately Support team operations and participate in on-the-job training with senior technicians and mechanics Benefits Competitive Weekly Pay Comprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
