Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Refinishing/Reglazing Prepper to join our dynamic restoration team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing bathroom and kitchen surfaces for refinishing and reglazing processes, ensuring a flawless finish that meets our high standards. Your expertise will help transform these products through meticulous surface preparation, masking, sanding, and priming, setting the stage for expert painting and coating application. Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Use hand tools, power tools, grinders, and sanders to smooth surfaces and remove old paint or imperfections Apply surface primers, sealers, and coatings using conventional spray guns or airless paint spraying equipment Mask off areas accurately to prevent overspray during painting and coating processes Perform repairs such as filling dents, smoothing surfaces, and minor panel adjustments as needed Assist with restoration projects by handling surface preparation tasks efficiently and precisely Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols including respiratory protection measures Qualifications Previous experience highly preferred but not required Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, grinders, sanders, buffing machines, and spray guns, but not required Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks throughout the workday Excellent customer service skills Commitment to safety practices including proper use of respiratory protection equipment Join us in delivering top-tier refinishing services!
