In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality coatings and finishes to various surfaces, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and production schedules. Your expertise will help us deliver durable, visually appealing products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about craftsmanship, precision, and industrial painting processes. Duties Prepare surfaces through construction painting surface preparation techniques to ensure optimal coating adhesion Operate spray guns, including airless paint spraying and conventional spraying equipment, to apply coatings accurately and efficiently Use hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment and perform surface finishing tasks Interpret production documents such as work orders and quality standards to meet project specifications Conduct visual color comparisons and inspect finished surfaces for quality compliance with industry standards Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials in accordance with safety procedures Skills Proficiency in industrial painting techniques including powder coating, construction painting, and coating application methods Strong mechanical knowledge with experience operating machinery, machining tools, and coating spray guns Ability to interpret technical documents related to production processes and quality standards in manufacturing environments Knowledge of safety protocol adherence including PPE use such as respirators and respiratory protection devices Skilled in the use of precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes Experience with materials handling equipment like forklifts, cranes, and warehouse tools for efficient workflow management Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments in production finishing tasks Join our team as a US Citizen Painter to contribute your skills in a fast-paced manufacturing setting!
