As a Painter, you will be part of the Paint Department supporting the production of durable and high-quality industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely and efficiently, which will align successfully in the organization.

First Shift What's the Job? Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, blasting, masking, and applying fillers as needed. Mix and apply paints, primers, and coatings using spray guns and other application methods. Apply industrial coatings to metal parts and fully assembled heavy equipment. Inspect finished surfaces to ensure proper coverage, thickness, and quality standards. Maintain paint equipment, booths, and tools in safe working condition. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED (required). 2+ years of experience in industrial or automotive painting (heavy equipment experience preferred). Knowledge of surface preparation, coating applications, and finishing techniques. Ability to use spray painting equipment and related tools. ¿Cuál es el trabajo? Preparar superficies para pintar limpiando, lijando, arenando, enmascarando y aplicando rellenos según sea necesario. Mezclar y aplicar pinturas, imprimantes y recubrimientos usando pistolas de pulverización y otros métodos de aplicación. Aplicar recubrimientos industriales a piezas metálicas y equipos pesados completamente ensamblados. Inspeccionar las superficies terminadas para asegurar una cobertura, grosor y calidad adecuados. Mantener en buen estado el equipo de pintura, cabinas y herramientas en condiciones seguras de trabajo. ¿Qué se necesita? Diploma de secundaria o GED (requerido). Más de 2 años de experiencia en pintura industrial o automotriz (preferiblemente en equipos pesados). Conocimiento en preparación de superficies, aplicaciones de recubrimientos y técnicas de acabado. Capacidad para usar equipos de pintura en aerosol y herramientas relacionadas. Conocimiento básico de las normas de seguridad OSHA y manejo de materiales peligrosos. ¿Qué hay para mí?
