Position Is Located In Waycross, GA Are you an experienced Auto Body/Parts Painter looking to work with NEW vehicles? This is your opportunity, apply today!
Due to increased production levels, we are seeking a skilled Lead Auto Body/Parts Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in painting (base coats, tri-coats, solid, metallic, and clear coats),mixing paint colors to match OEM paint codes w/ variances and strong chemical knowledge with clears . This role requires attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results while hitting production quotas along with controlling cost with proper paint base /clear applications . As a Lead Auto Body/Parts Painter, you will be responsible for painting vehicle accessories and customized body paint on brand new chassis's whilecontrolling quality coming out of 2nd shift booth's. Pay will be discussed during interview and after quality spray out process. You are required to have your own guns/tools of your trade. Sherwin - Williams & PPG solvent base experience prefered but not required. This is a

Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Under the direction of the Body Shop Supervisor Paint and refinish vehicles Paint parts as needed for accessory installations Prepare vehicles to be painted, sanding, masking, priming, etc. Ensure finished paint work meets company quality standards Meet company production quotas
Job Requirements:
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
At least 5-year professional automotive paint experience required Must be able to mix and match paint Ability to operate painting equipment
