Responsibilities Surface preparation:

Sanding, cleaning, and filling surfaces to prepare them for painting.

Applying paint:

Using sprayer or brushes to apply paint, primer, and finish coats.

Protecting parts:

Masking off parts that shouldn't be painted

Mixing Paint:

Mixing paint and coating liquids to achieve the desired color Quality control: Inspecting painted surfaces for defects and noting any runs, sags, or unpainted areas.

Safety:

Wearing safety equipment and following safety and health regulations Equipment maintencance: Cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment

Communication:

Communicating with customer and other employees Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience in auto painting and buffing considered an asset. Experience is a must
