We are part of the Albrecht Auto Group, which includes multiple dealerships and body shops dedicated to delivering exceptional automotive care. Overview We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Body Shop Painter to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition through expert painting, detailing, and finishing techniques. Your craftsmanship will ensure our customers leave with vehicles that look and feel brand new. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your auto body repair expertise in a fast-paced, collaborative environment committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Duties Prepare vehicle surfaces by sanding, masking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply high-quality paint using airless paint spraying equipment, power tools, and hand tools for precise finishes Perform auto body repairs including welding, dent removal, and panel replacement as needed Buff and polish painted surfaces to achieve a smooth, glossy finish that meets industry standards Conduct auto glass repairs or replacements to restore vehicle integrity and appearance Assist with detailing tasks such as cleaning, polishing, and finishing vehicles for delivery Collaborate with estimators and technicians to ensure accurate repairs and timely completion of projects Qualifications Proven experience in auto body repair, auto painting, or related fields; dealership experience is highly preferred Skilled in welding, buffing, airless paint spraying, and the use of power tools and hand tools Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform vehicle maintenance and auto restoration tasks Familiarity with auto glass installation and auto estimating processes Ability to lift heavy objects safely during repairs and restorations Excellent customer service skills with a focus on quality workmanship Mechanic experience or automotive technical training is a plus Join us to be part of a vibrant team that values craftsmanship, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
