Job description:

Must have experience painting such as auto body and/or industrial structures with an aptitude to learn how to apply a painted surface to sheet metal and composite material structures. Should be able to read drawings and blue prints, Overtime is mandatory when required. Overtime is mandatory when required. You must provide or procure your own tools. Experience using paint spray equipment is a must and experience with other pneumatic shop tools is a plus. Additional Requirements . Read, write and understand the English language . Proficient with computer keyboard, mouse and screen. . Pass pre-employment drug screening & remain subject to random drug/alcohol testing . Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs unassisted occasionally and lesser weight frequently . Stand for extended periods of times, stoop, bend at the waist, climb stairs/ladder

Payment Structure & Schedule:

• First Installment:

  $500.00 payable on the first regular pay cycle following the completion of 90 calendar days of continuous employment.

• Second Installment:

  $250.00 payable on the first regular pay cycle following the completion of 6 months (182 days) of continuous employment.

Third Installment:

$250.00 payable on the first regular pay cycle following the completion of 12 months (1 year) of continuous employment. To remain eligible for any unpaid portion of the bonus, the employee must be in active employment status and not under formal performance warning or notice of resignation at the time of the scheduled payout. If employment is terminated (voluntarily or involuntarily) before a milestone date, any subsequent unpaid installments are immediately forfeited.
