Shift Position:

5:45am - 2:15pm Monday - Friday What Will You Do? Mix paint to designated specifications Prep units prior to painting using a blasting booth and other handpreparation methods Prime units prior to painting using an epoxy primer and urethane paint air assist mixing system. Perform daily inspections and documentation on equipment, filters, and paint readings Perform necessarytouchups when needed Perform maintenance on booth and paint sprayer Clean paint spraying equipment Adhere to painting specifications Adhere to printed work instruction manuals Observe and practice safety procedures and policies, participate in department safety meetings and initiatives May be asked to work in other areas as company need requires Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by manager Your Physical Work Environment Will Require… Frequent lifting and carrying up to 40 lbs. and occasionally heavier (50-60 lbs.) with assistance Frequent sitting, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, walking and occasional crawling Frequent pushing, pulling and handling of materials Occasional climbing and working at elevated positions Exposure to metal cutting, welding odors, welding flash and incidental acceptable limits of x-ray radiation Possible exposure to chemical odors and temperature extremes Exposure to overhead objects and occasional flying debris Required use of respirator, safety glasses with side shields, ANSI approved steel-toed safety shoes, hearing protection and hard hat Your Experience Should Be… Previous paint experience in a manufacturing environment Previous experience with paint repairs and touchup Previous experience repairing paint equipment Able to read and use a tape measure Your Education Should Be… High school diploma or GED required Our Benefits Package… Compensation range: $23.93 -$32.58 per hour Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Employer contributions to an HSA account Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) Company-paid short-term and long-term disability coverage Basic life insurance with the option to purchase supplemental individual, spouse and dependent child coverage Up to two weeks of paid family leave 401k retirement savings plan including a company match Employee stock purchase program Chart Industries is an equal employment opportunity (EEO) employer and will not discriminate against any employee or applicants because of his or her race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, pregnancy, age, national origin, disability, veteran status, military status, marital status, genetic information or any other reason prohibited by law.
