WMF specializes in producing high quality parts and components for the agricultural, construction, and transportation industries utilizing cutting edge technology and equipment.
WMF specializes in the following:
Tube, plate, and structural material laser cutting Metal fabrication and forming Production and robotic welding CNC machining Powder coat painting
Powder Coat Painter Responsibilities:
Use powder coating equipment to apply correct color of powder paint to parts that enter the paint booth. Change powder hoppers and in the process, ensure there is no cross contamination. Monitor to make sure paint flow is sufficient, making sure air feed and hopper fluid is properly set. Set-up and operate machines to paint/coat parts, observe machine gauges to detect defects or deviations from standards, and make necessary adjustments. Enforce quality standards and procedures, respond quickly to quality problems and comply with documentation requirements.
Powder Coat Painter Qualifications:
Must be able to understand, follow, and issue routine oral and written instructions. Must be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Must be able to regularly lift/move up to 25 lbs, and occasionally move/lift up to 75 lbs. Previous powder painting experience a plus.
Shift:
Night shift runs from 5:30pm-6:00am Monday-Thursday, and hours will vary on Friday. $3.50 night shift differential. Depending on customer demand, additional overtime may be required.
