Job Description

Morey's Piers is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Industrial Painter in our Facilities Maintenance Department. This individual will be responsible for industrial and commercial painting of buildings, rides, games, water parks, food, and housing areas as required. Completion of projects in a timely manner is a must for this role and will include sanding, chipping, and removal of old paint as well as painting. Candidates should possess the following qualities: minimum 5 years' painting experience is preferred; familiarity with small hand tools such as hand grinders and sanders; team oriented; able to work in a high intensity environment; excellent organizational, interpersonal and guest skills; able to communicate & follow directions both written & verbally in English; detail oriented and able to multi-task; computer literate; ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions; climb ladders, stairs and catwalks to work at heights over 50 ft.; able to push, pull or lift up to 75 lbs. and stand/walk up to 12 hours at a time. This position is a full time, year-round role based in Wildwood, NJ offering a competitive hourly wage ($22-$30) & benefit package that includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other perks such as season passes and food & beverage discounts.
