Job Description
Qualifications Previous experience as an industrial painter preferred. Experience spraying industrial epoxy primers, urethane topcoats, and other industrial coating systems. Knowledge of surface preparation methods, including degreasing, sanding, grinding, and masking. Experience operating airless spray equipment. Ability to safely operate forklifts and telehandlers. Ability to read and follow paint specifications and product data sheets. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work on elevated surfaces. Comfortable wearing respirators and other required PPE. Able to work in outdoor environments during extreme heat, cold, humidity, and other weather conditions. Capable of performing physically demanding labor throughout a 10-hour workday.
