Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Paint Supervisor to lead and oversee all painting operations on site. This vital role involves managing painting crews, ensuring quality standards, adhering to safety regulations, and coordinating with project teams to meet deadlines and budget expectations. As a Paint Supervisor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality finishes while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Supervise, train and motivate painting crews, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure productivity and quality standards are met. Assign daily work tasks and monitor progress to meet production goals and deadlines. Inspect work for quality, proper surface preparation, and adherence to specifications. Ensure proper mixing, matching, and application of paint systems. Troubleshoot and resolve painting issues and equipment problems. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and proper use of protective equipment. Manage paint materials, supplies, and equipment; order and maintain inventory. Maintain and clean painting equipment, tools, and work areas. Collaborate with other departments and team members to meet project deadlines. Maintain accurate records of production, materials used, and employee performance. Requirements Minimum 2 years of industrial or commercial painting experience At least 1 year of supervisory or lead experience Strong knowledge of industrial painting techniques and materials Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills Basic math skills Join us as a Paint Supervisor where your leadership will drive successful project completion while fostering a safe and collaborative work environment!
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
